Eagle Industries (the “Manufacturer") provides this limited Warranty (the “Warranty") to the original purchaser (the "Purchaser") of its products (the "Product") subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Because Eagle Industries cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Eagle Industries or an authorized dealer, for use by (end use) consumers.

1. Warranty Period:

The Warranty Period commences from the date of purchase and extends for the lifetime you own the product. This Warranty (the “Warranty”) is non-transferable.

2. Scope of Warranty:

The Manufacturer warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the Warranty Period. This Warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's discretion, of defective parts or units.

3. Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations to the Product for purposes other than its intended use.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
• Damage caused by environmental factors such as exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or humidity.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or service.
• Consumable parts, such as batteries or filters, unless determined to be defective upon arrival.

4. Claim Procedure:

To make a claim under this Warranty, the Purchaser must:

• Contact the Manufacturer or its authorized representative within the Warranty Period.
• Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the alleged defect.
• Follow the Manufacturer's instructions for returning the Product or damaged parts.
• Bear the cost of shipping and transportation for returning the Product.

5. Remedies:

If a defect covered by this Warranty is confirmed, the Manufacturer will, at its option:

• Repair the defective Product using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product.
• Issue a refund for the purchase price of the Product, minus any applicable depreciation.
• Any repaired or replaced Product will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. 

6. Limitation of Liability:

Except as provided herein, the Manufacturer makes no other warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law:

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the relevant legislative body within the province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Manufacturer and the Purchaser regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

9. Modifications:

The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this Warranty at any time without prior notice.

By retaining the Product beyond the return period or by using the Product, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
